Our Partner
Merlisha Haripal
Our founding partner, Merlisha Haripal, is an Admitted Attorney since 2008 with extensive experience in Litigation, Labour Law, Family Law and Commercial Law.
Merlisha specializes in general commercial advisory and litigation. She is also a specialist practitioner in employment and labour law.
Merlisha is the driving force behind the practice and strives to find the best and most affordable outcome for her clients. Her passion is to guide and inspire women to be strong and independent leaders of this world. She believes that through growing her firm, she can empower women to become entrepreneurs and to create better lives for themselves and their families.
She is a new-generation attorney with a modern outlook on legal solutions. During her career, she gained extensive exposure in various fields of the law, which led to her focusing on two primary practice areas: Commercial Litigation and Labour Law.
Merlisha assertively represents her clients; she is very pragmatic and will cut to the core of a matter quickly. Her value system, unique style and results-driven approach inspired her to start her own practice. Her client base grew at a rapid pace and her firm is on an upward growth trajectory.
